The Flint Shirt is a slightly relaxed fitting shirt cut from a high density Japanese cotton typewriter cloth. Produced using a unique dyeing process where inside a small kettle, the fabric brushes against itself resulting in a beautifully soft, broken in hand feel and subtle unevenness in colour. This traditional technique creates a cloud-like airy cloth with loads of character. Small creases are baked into the fabric which is a feature, not a defect. The shirt softens with age as the natural beauty of the fabric intensifies.
Made from 100% Japanese cotton. Finished with custom corozo nut buttons and selvedge cotton woven labels. Construction features include a single patch pocket, single box pleat, convertible camp collar, adjustable pleated cuffs, and flat felled seams throughout.
